HOLIDAY EGGNOG COFFEE
A Lava Lei twist on an old holiday classic! Enjoy this traditional seasonal beverage with a coffee kick!

Yield: 8 – 10 servings.
• 1/2 cup Lava Lei Medium Roast Coffee Blend
(or any other Lava Lei Blend)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
• 5 cups cold water
• 2 1/2 cups regular or lowfat pasteurized eggnog
• Sweetener of your choice (optional)
• Whipped cream
1. STIR together Kona Blend coffee granules and nutmeg. Place in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker. Brew coffee according to manufacturer's instructions.
2. MICROWAVE eggnog in microwave-safe container on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Stir into brewed coffee. Add sweetener, if desired.
3. POUR into cups. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
